Surprise, surprise! You just never know when I’m going to drop a bonus episode of No Restraints with Rudy Caseres on y’all. Today I traveled to 20th Century Fox Studios to interview Kevin Hines. Kevin shares his story of surviving a suicide attempt and living with bipolar, traveling across the world inspiring thousands of people. In this interview, Kevin is very open about the extreme pain he is currently suffering as well as his manic state brought upon by having to withdraw from his medications. As fun as it was at times hanging out at a Hollywood backlot it was even more eye-opening to talk to him face-to-face about the less glamorous side of being a public figure. Even in the extreme state he is in Kevin still finds time to promote his documentary Suicide: The Ripple Effect as well as vlog for his YouTube channel at the same time I'm interviewing him. This episode may go down in infamy but I certainly have zero regrets. Because it represents the anything goes, uncensored, and even controversial attitude that this show is all about. No Restraints with Rudy Caseres will be back at it's regular time slot next Friday at 12pm PT/3pm ET although I'll be coming straight from Boston, Massachusetts for another special in-person interview. Who could it be? You'll just have to wait.

Because it's for your own good.
